Black Women Lawyers of Northern California Holiday Party and Swearing In

Black Women Lawyers of Northern California (BWLNC) held their fabulous holiday party and swearing in recently. BWLNC was founded in 1979 by now Judge Judy Johnson of the Contra Costa County Superior Court. The group’s programming revolves around presenting only the best Continuing Legal Education programs, upscale receptions, networking events and informal gatherings with an eye toward fostering a sisterhood. These accomplished women also focus on community service and high school, college, and law school mentoring, with a mentoring program for area law schools and first year associate members.
